– written by martin – – click here for the english version – Wie die Zeit vergeht.

Back in shape!
It’s already more than two month since the last blog post, which was titled “getting back into shape”. And here we are, stronger than ever :) Obviously there happened a lot during these two month… # Yellowstone National Park
# Ten Sleep, Wyoming While pulling into the camping we got our second flat tire, only a few weeks after the first one. So we decided to exchange them all. As we drove to the next bigger town to get the new tires, which is a 40mi drive, Stefan sends us this picture… Due to the wildfire, the entire canyon was closed and we could not return. We spent a night in a small town, going by the name of Story. Well, to be honest, only half a night. But that’s a story for another time. We then drove four hours East to Spearfish, South Dakota. Located just outside of the Blackhills National Forest. # Spearfish Canyon & Sturgis, South Dakota
On our way back to Ten Sleep, we drove by Mt. Rushmore and had a glimpse at the famous mountain with its four heads. We even got to see the infamous profile of George Washington. # Ten Sleep, Wyoming
And I almost forgot to mention the gift of Ryan & Chloe. If there is one thing every American climber has, it is a stick clip. And as we got back to our camping spot, the day we said good-bye to Ryan & Chloe, we got to find their precious stick! As well as an onion, a sweet potato and a box of lentils. Thank you guys so much for all of it :) # Colorado # Moab, Utah
Right next to Moab are two national parks. The Arches and the Canyonlands. During our time in the Arches NP we got to see a rather unexpected double arch.

Cu in Xiberg, wer zuerst da is!
